1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an agent account and using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not register or use the service.
2. Platform Description
Our platform provides AI-powered tools for real estate agents operating in Cyprus, including lead management, property listing management, viewing scheduling, market analytics, and buyer communication tools.
3. Agent Responsibilities
As a registered agent, you must: hold a valid real estate license where required by Cyprus law; provide accurate company and contact information; respond to buyer inquiries and viewing requests in a timely manner; ensure all property listings you manage contain accurate information; comply with all applicable Cyprus real estate laws and regulations.
4. Property Data & Listings
Properties listed through your account or linked via our scraper system are displayed to potential buyers on the platform. You are responsible for the accuracy of listing information. We reserve the right to remove listings that are inaccurate, misleading, or violate our policies.
5. Website Data Collection & Scraping
Important- -We will periodically collect (scrape) publicly available property listing data from your website, including but not limited to: property titles, descriptions, prices, specifications, images, availability status, and location information
- -This data will be displayed on our platform to help potential buyers discover your listings and drive inquiries to you
- -We will link scraped properties to your agent profile, directing buyer inquiries to you
- -Scraping is performed on publicly accessible pages only and does not access password-protected or private areas
- -You may request removal of specific listings by contacting us
- -We will update scraped data periodically to reflect changes on your website (prices, availability, sold status)
6. Lead & Buyer Data
Leads generated through our platform are shared exclusively with you. You must handle buyer personal data in accordance with GDPR and Cyprus data protection laws. You may not sell, share, or misuse buyer contact information obtained through our platform.
7. Viewing Management
When buyers book viewings, you are expected to honor confirmed appointments. Repeated no-shows or cancellations without notice may result in account suspension.
8. Commission & Fees
Commission calculations provided by our tools are estimates. Actual commission agreements are between you and your clients. We do not charge commission on property transactions facilitated through the platform.
9. AI Tools Disclaimer
AI-generated market analysis, property descriptions, and insights are provided as tools to assist your business. They do not constitute professional advice and should be reviewed before sharing with clients.
10. Account Verification
We reserve the right to verify your identity, license, and company details. Accounts with fraudulent or misleading information will be suspended.
11. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any losses arising from the use of our platform, including lost leads, missed viewings, or inaccurate AI-generated content. Our liability is limited to the subscription fees paid, if any.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
