1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating a developer account and using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not register or use the service.
2. Platform Description
Our platform provides AI-powered tools for property developers operating in Cyprus, including project listing management, lead generation, viewing coordination, market analytics, and buyer communication tools.
3. Developer Responsibilities
- -Be a legally registered property development company in Cyprus
- -Provide accurate company, project, and contact information
- -Keep project statuses updated (under construction, completed, sold out)
- -Respond to buyer inquiries and viewing requests in a timely manner
- -Comply with all applicable Cyprus construction, planning, and real estate laws
4. Website Data Collection & Scraping
Important- -We will periodically collect (scrape) publicly available property listing data from your website, including but not limited to: project names, descriptions, prices, specifications, images, floor plans, availability status, and location information
- -This data will be displayed on our platform to help potential buyers discover your projects
- -We will link scraped properties to your developer profile, directing buyer inquiries to you
- -Scraping is performed on publicly accessible pages only and does not access password-protected or private areas
- -You may request removal of specific listings by contacting us
- -We will update scraped data periodically to reflect changes on your website (prices, availability, sold status)
5. Project & Listing Data
You are responsible for the accuracy of all project information displayed on your website and on our platform. We reserve the right to mark projects as sold or remove listings that are inaccurate, misleading, or violate our policies.
6. Images & Intellectual Property
By consenting to website data collection, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display your publicly available project images, renders, and descriptions on our platform for the purpose of connecting you with potential buyers. Original copyright remains with you.
7. Lead & Buyer Data
Leads generated through our platform are shared exclusively with you. You must handle buyer personal data in accordance with GDPR and Cyprus data protection laws. You may not sell, share, or misuse buyer contact information obtained through our platform.
8. Viewing Management
When buyers book viewings for your projects, you are expected to honor confirmed appointments. You may configure your available hours and blocked dates through the platform.
9. Pricing & Availability
You must ensure that prices and availability shown on your website are accurate. If our scraper detects a project as sold out, it will be marked accordingly on our platform. You may request corrections if the status is incorrect.
10. AI Tools Disclaimer
AI-generated market analysis, property descriptions, and insights are provided as tools to assist your business. They do not constitute professional advice and should be reviewed before use.
11. Account Verification
We reserve the right to verify your company registration, development permits, and project legitimacy. Accounts with fraudulent or misleading information will be suspended.
12. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any losses arising from the use of our platform, including lost leads, inaccurate scraped data, or missed viewings. Our liability is limited to the subscription fees paid, if any.
13. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, inaccurate project information, or misuse of the platform. Upon termination, your scraped listings will be removed.
14. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
